A primer has been released that discusses the role of electronic design automation (EDA) in integrated circuit (IC) design. The primer may cover topics such as the design process from register-transfer level (RTL) to silicon, as well as the EDA market. However, it is unclear if the primer focuses solely on IC design or also covers other areas, such as RF-over-fiber designs and applications.
