A combination of olanzapine and samidorphan has been found to reduce antipsychotic-linked weight gain. The reduction in weight gain is reported to be nearly 40 percent. This combination, referred to as olz/sam, appears to have a significant impact on mitigating weight gain associated with antipsychotic treatment.
