A teenager has been indicted on charges of murder and aggravated sex abuse in connection with the death of his stepsister, Anna Kepner, on a cruise ship. The teen, who is being charged as an adult, has been ordered to be held in custody pending trial. Reports indicate that the suspect will be taken into custody, possibly by US Marshals, until the trial.
