Research has been conducted on maximum power point tracking (MPPT) techniques in photovoltaic systems, including classical, AI-based, and metaheuristic optimization methods. Various studies have explored different algorithms and approaches to improve MPPT, such as the use of hippopotamus optimization and deep learning. The techniques are being applied to enhance the efficiency and performance of grid-connected photovoltaic systems under different conditions, including partial shading.
