Ardie Tavangarian, an architect based in Pacific Palisades, has unveiled a fire-resistant home design. The homes, which can be built easily, feature fire-resistant materials and in one case, 30 tons of steel, with prices ranging from $3 million to $3.5 million for some models. It is unclear if these homes are part of a larger development or a specific project like Villa Siena, which is listed for $135M.
