Aspirin is being considered as a treatment option for migraines. The effectiveness and safety of aspirin, as well as other over-the-counter medications such as ibuprofen and acetaminophen, are being explored for migraine relief. It appears that taking too much of certain medications, including Excedrin, may not be safe, but the best approach for treating migraines is still being evaluated.
