bmw has previewed a concept for an electric m sedan, which may be related to the next generation of the bmw m3. the concept, called the m neue klasse, has been unveiled and exterior photos are available. it is unclear if the production version will be called the m3 or something else, such as the i3, but it is expected to be an all-electric sedan.
