BGFI Holding has listed on the BVMAC stock exchange in Central Africa. The listing is reportedly the result of a lengthy and tumultuous initial public offering (IPO) process that ultimately received regulatory approval. The IPO has had a significant impact on the BVMAC exchange, more than tripling its equity market capitalization, although some issues, including a free-float target, were addressed through a waiver.
