Stocks on the BRVM have gained for at least three straight weeks, with some reports suggesting the streak may be longer. The gains have been led by various companies, including Uniwax, Ecobank Group, and CIE Côte d'Ivoire. Trade volumes have surged, more than doubling in some cases, as the benchmark composite index has risen, with one report indicating a 2.03% increase.
