A 13-year-old boy has died after being hurt in a house fire in Blackpool. The fire is believed to have been caused by an e-bike, possibly its charger. There are reports that another person, possibly a 19-year-old, was also injured in the fire and is still being treated, although one report confusingly mentions a car accident involving an electric scooter, which may not be related to the house fire.
