A body found off a California beach has been identified as that of a missing daughter who drowned. The girl, reported to be either 5 or 7 years old, was swept into the ocean with her mother and brother. The body was recovered in the area of Laguna Beach, although one report suggests it was found at Garrapata State Park in Big Sur.
