A volcano known as Bezymianny, located in the Kamchatka region, is reported to have undergone significant changes. It is said to have blown itself apart around 69 years ago, but has now almost completely regrown. However, there are also reports of recent eruption activity, with ashfall affecting nearby villages, suggesting that the volcano may still be active.
