Bill Gates has testified to lawmakers that he was not aware of Jeffrey Epstein's crimes when he met with him. Gates described meeting Epstein as a "grave error in judgment" and stated that he never reciprocated Epstein's attempt to form a personal relationship. It is also reported that Epstein tried to use information about Gates' infidelities to get close to him, possibly in an attempt to blackmail him.
