A blood test is showing promise for the diagnosis of endometriosis. However, other methods, including imaging agents, biomarkers, and saliva tests, are also being explored for noninvasive detection of the condition. The development of a commercially available diagnostic tool for endometriosis may be underway, with various approaches being considered for earlier detection.
