A biopic about britney spears is moving forward with the addition of a screenwriter. The screenwriter is reportedly liz meriwether, known for creating the tv show "new girl", who will adapt the screenplay, possibly based on spears' memoir. The film is being produced by marc platt and directed by jon m chu.
