Research on gallium nitride-based electrode materials is being explored for use in supercapacitors and energy storage. Studies are examining the potential of various materials, including MXene composites and nano-structured metal nitrides, for advanced energy storage applications. The fabrication and properties of these materials, such as porous GaN crystal membranes and nanoporous GaN-based photoanodes, are being investigated for their energy storage capabilities.
