A Garwood teen, identified as Vincent Battiloro, will be tried as an adult in connection with a fatal hit-and-run case in Cranford. The incident allegedly involved a car striking two girls, resulting in their deaths. The teen has been charged and made a court appearance, and is currently being held in jail.
