A giant rare "phantom jellyfish" has been spotted, with reports varying on its location as either off the California coast or in frigid waters off Antarctica. The jellyfish is described as having long "mouth-arms" it uses to capture and eat prey. The creature's size is also reported differently, with some outlets comparing it to the size of a bus and noting its arms can be up to 33ft or 10m long.
