Researchers are exploring various optimization techniques for grid-connected photovoltaic systems, including the use of animal-inspired algorithms such as Grey Wolf and hippopotamus optimization. Different studies are investigating the effectiveness of these methods for improving maximum power point tracking and energy management in grid-connected systems.
