A mixed-use development is rising on the Williamsburg waterfront, featuring a combination of condos and rentals. The project, part of the Domino Sugar Refinery Complex, is nearing completion after a rezoning and will include a residential high-rise. Leasing has been launched for some of the rental units, with sales also underway for condos in the complex.
