Phoestivus, a holiday market, has returned to downtown Phoenix for its 15th year, albeit at a new location. The event is one of several holiday activities taking place in the area, with some being free to attend. Other local events include the Phoenix Festival of the Arts, Indian Market, and Taste of Japan, as well as the Fantasy of Lights Boat Parade in Tempe.
