Research has been conducted on optimizing the performance of aluminum alloys, including WAAM aluminum 5356, using data-driven approaches and fuzzy decision modeling. Some studies have focused on improving the microstructure and mechanical performance of specific aluminum alloys, such as 4043, through techniques like optimizing robot weaving width. The development of new frameworks, including integrated RSM-Fuzzy MCDA, has also been explored for assessing the machinability of WAAM-fabricated aluminum.
