DeepSat has been awarded a contract by AFWERX for very low Earth orbit monitoring. Meanwhile, another company, Viridian, has received a SpaceWERX award for VLEO propulsion technology. It is unclear if these developments are related to other recent space activities, such as chinese satellite launches and rocket reuse efforts.
