Disney has announced that 7 live-action remakes are currently in development. The company also has numerous other movies in the works, with over 40 films planned for release through 2031, including sequels to existing titles such as Lilo and Stitch. However, not all projects are moving forward, as the live-action Robin Hood remake has been canceled after years in development.
