Disney World has developed solar projects that can produce a significant portion of its power needs. These projects are reported to be capable of producing up to 100% of the resort's daytime power, although the extent of their capacity is somewhat unclear. A new solar farm, reportedly large in size, is part of the effort to increase the resort's use of solar energy.
