Dupilumab has been linked to an increased risk of conjunctivitis and blepharitis in children. The association between dupilumab and ocular adverse effects has been noted in pediatric patients with atopic dermatitis. Studies and reports have highlighted the potential for dupilumab to raise the risk of ocular surface disease in this population.
