A couple climbed to the top of the Empire State Building as part of a proposal stunt and now face felony charges. The two individuals were arrested and arraigned, and have been released from jail on supervised release until their next court date. The climbers, who have been identified in some reports, allegedly scaled the building for the daring proposal.
