An earth-based telescope has captured an image of the Artemis II capsule near the moon, which is considered one of the farthest photos of humans ever taken. The Artemis II mission has also resulted in other notable photos, including rare moonlit earth auroras. However, it is unclear if all reported images were taken by the Artemis II crew or by other spacecraft, such as a Chinese probe.
