Etrolizumab-s has failed to control E-Cadherin-dependent co-stimulation of highly activated cytotoxic T cells. This outcome suggests that etrolizumab-s may not be effective in regulating certain immune responses. The failure of etrolizumab-s to control this process has been reported.
