Research suggests that taking Tylenol, also known as acetaminophen, during pregnancy does not increase the risk of autism in children. Studies have found no link between prenatal acetaminophen use and adverse birth outcomes, including autism and ADHD. The findings indicate that acetaminophen use during pregnancy is not associated with a higher risk of autism.
