Law enforcement agencies are increasing patrols on lakes and waterways over the Fourth of July weekend. The enhanced patrols appear to be focused on issues such as boating under the influence and speed enforcement. Various locations, including Charleston Harbor, Seneca Lake, and Tennessee lakes, will see additional law enforcement presence on the water during the holiday weekend.
