Fortitude and Hawthorne have formed a $40 million joint venture for East Camp Douglas. The formation of this joint venture appears to be unrelated to other recent developments in the industry. Other companies, such as Greenland Resources and Cameco, are reportedly involved in separate transactions with the government of Canada and a long-term uranium supply agreement with India, respectively.
