A school phone policy is being considered in the Farmington area that would ban phones from the time the school day starts to the time it ends. A similar policy has been formalized in Mt. Blue schools, implementing bell-to-bell phone restrictions. It is unclear if other schools or areas, such as Connecticut, are considering or have implemented similar policies.
