A federal judge has granted an injunction to Wellmark, blocking the enforcement of parts of Iowa's pharmacy benefit manager reform law. The injunction is related to a lawsuit filed by Wellmark against the Iowa Insurance Division over the law's enforcement. This is at least the third lawsuit challenging the new law on pharmacy benefit managers in Iowa.
