The french navy has boarded a ship believed to be part of a russian shadow fleet, arresting at least two crew members, including the captain. The ship, reportedly an oil tanker, was intercepted in either the atlantic or the mediterranean. The captain allegedly claimed that russians on board were security agents, and the captain has since been sentenced to one year in jail.
