Fuel shortages are being reported across many regions in Russia, with some areas restricting gasoline sales, amid Ukrainian strikes targeting the country's oil infrastructure. The extent of the shortages varies, with reports indicating they are affecting at least 22 regions, and possibly as many as nearly all of Russia's regions. Ukrainian strikes have reportedly set refineries ablaze and knocked out a significant portion of oil output, contributing to the fuel crisis.
