A new treatment option may be emerging for cisplatin-ineligible muscle-invasive bladder cancer, with enfortumab vedotin and pembrolizumab being considered. The combination of these therapies is being discussed as a potential new standard of care, although the exact role and outcomes of this treatment are still being explored. Some reports suggest that this combination, as well as other therapies like durvalumab plus enfortumab vedotin, may improve treatment outcomes for this patient group.
