Lane closures are scheduled on several roadways around the Big Island, with some closures reportedly ending on July 3 and others continuing through July 24. There were also road closures in place for the 4th of July in areas including Hilo, Kona, and Kaʻū. Additionally, other roadwork projects are planned, including the replacement of poles along Farrington Highway.
