A new series based on the character Hercule Poirot is in development, with actor Edward Bluemel set to star in the role. The series is a joint production between the BBC and BritBox, and will reportedly feature a young version of the iconic detective. Additionally, a stage production of Hercule Poirot has been performed at the Edmonds Driftwood Players, although its connection to the new series is unclear.
