The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) is setting up a centre for high-altitude medicine in Himachal, with Keylong being the location for the dedicated centre. The centre will focus on high altitude medicine and public health research. The project is expected to be launched soon, with some reports indicating that a foundation stone is to be laid by J P Nadda.
