The luxury Vita at Grove Isle development has been completed, with its signature penthouse listed for $23.5 million. The project, located in Coconut Grove, was developed by Ugo Colombo's CMC Group after years of legal issues. A waterfront Italian restaurant is also set to open in the area, and at least one unit has already been sold, reportedly for $20 million.
