Ifinatamab deruxtecan has shown high response rates in a trial for small cell lung cancer. The treatment has demonstrated activity in extensive-stage small cell lung cancer, particularly in previously treated patients. However, its impact on survival in limited-stage small cell lung cancer is uncertain, with one report indicating that an immunotherapy combination failed to improve survival in this context.
