Vice President JD Vance and his wife Usha Vance have welcomed their fourth child. The newborn is a boy named Alec Neel Vance. The Vances now have four children, with the other three being Ewan, Vivek, and Mirabel, although it is not clear if all of these children are JD Vance's sons and daughters from his current marriage.
