Jamison has begun a conversion project in los angeles' koreatown, with plans to transform an office building into residential use. The project, which is being undertaken in partnership with arc capital, involves a 13-story building located at 3325 wilshire boulevard. The building is expected to be converted into approximately 236 apartment units.
