Octopus has invested $500 million in US-based reforestation projects aimed at removing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. The investment is part of a partnership with Living Carbon to restore degraded land. The project's goal is to remove a significant amount of CO₂, with one report suggesting a target of 50 million tonnes.
