Orange County is experiencing a rise in hate incidents, with reported increases in hate crimes against asian americans and jewish communities. Efforts are being made to address the issue, including a new human relations campaign providing resources for schools to prevent hate crimes. The nature and extent of the problem, as well as the effectiveness of these efforts, are being examined and discussed.
