Lord Kallazhagar has begun his return journey to his abode, with reports indicating he has left and also that he has reached his destination. The journey is part of the Chithirai festival and features the 'Poo Pallakku' event, which has drawn thousands of devotees. Lord Kallazhagar's journey included an entry into the Vaigai river.
