A major oil refinery in Russia has halted operations after a drone attack. The refinery is reportedly one of the largest in the country, with some sources specifying it as the fourth-largest, and is owned by Lukoil. There are also reports of another major refinery, possibly the Perm oil refinery, being shut down after a similar drone attack.
