MARTAC is expanding its presence in the western United States with the opening of an innovation center in San Diego. The company, which manufactures unmanned surface vehicles, has established this new center in California. It is unclear if this development is related to REGENT's separate efforts to ramp up production of seagliders at a dedicated factory.
