Research is being conducted on the molecular patterns of resistance to immune checkpoint blockade in melanoma. Studies are exploring the mechanisms underlying resistance to immune checkpoint inhibitors, with some focusing on melanoma and others examining resistance in different types of cancer, such as acute myeloid leukemia and non-small cell lung cancer. The goal of this research appears to be to identify strategies to overcome resistance to immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy.
